The Glynn County Commission will hold a public hearing to discuss two proposed roundabouts on St. Simons Island. The hearing will be at St. Williams Catholic ChurchSeptember 6 at 6:00 pm. The roundabouts, which are SPLOST 2016 projects, are proposed for both ends of the East Beach Causeway - at the Demere Rd. and Ocean Blvd. intersections. The East Beach causeway is also slated for repaving with SPLOST funds and the county wants to do all three road projects in conjunction with each other.
