Gas prices have been on a roller coaster ride this summer. After prices rose last spring, they took a nosedive last month. And now pump prices are climbing once again, only to setup for another plunge in the fall according to Triple A. The average price for gasoline in Georgia rose 3 cents during the past week, with the state average on Sunday at $2.18 per gallon.
