The preliminary plat for the 128-acre Sinclair tract on Lawrence Rd. on the north end of St. Simons was denied by the Island Planning Commission Tuesday. Commission member Stan Humphries made the motion stating the plat application was incomplete due to the lack of sewer capacity. Along with the Sinclair tract, the IPC heard two other site plans that were both approved even though the properties were both located in sewer basins that are also over capacity.
