The Joint Water and Sewer Commission recently issued a request for proposals to purchase their vacant lot at 2307 Gloucester St. JWSC Director Jimmy Junkin reported yesterday that only one bid was received and it well below the appraised price, so the commission rejected the bid and will consider continuing to offer the property on the open market.
