The auditor hired by Glynn County to examine the Superior Court Clerk’s financial records has asked to look at the books from 2008 to 2010. The auditor, Beth Grimes, of Bates, Carter and Co., was initially contracted to audit financial records from January 2011 to December 2016 with a provision that other years may be included. County officials will try to have a contract extension ready for approval at today’s work session.
